Service Description

Using one clay as the base colour, you’ll roll other coloured clays into thin sheets, cut them into shapes, and press them onto the surface. This nerikomi technique creates beautiful, story-like patterns with a natural, rustic feel. You’ll use 2kg of clay to create your own piece, such as a plate or mug, using basic hand-building techniques. We will carefully finish, glaze, and fire your work, ready for collection in 4 weeks. No previous pottery experience is needed. Duration 3 hours What’s Included The price is all-inclusive and covers clay, materials, glaze, and firing. What to Bring • A love for clay • An apron (or wear comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting messy) • Any pictures or sketches for reference (optional) • Trimmed nails for easier clay handling Important Notes Pottery materials can contain chemicals.
