Sculptural Vessel: 3 Week-Course

Service Description

No previous pottery experience needed. Create one large sculptural vessel, slowly and by hand. Over three weeks, you’ll use the traditional coiling technique to build one substantial ceramic vessel approximately 30–40 cm tall. Working across three weeks allows the clay to firm gradually between sessions, giving you time to develop the form, refine its silhouette and create a piece with its own natural character. Week 1: Build the base and lower body Week 2: Complete the upper form, shoulder and neck Week 3: Refine the shape and add texture, carving or underglaze decoration No pottery experience is needed. With only four places available, you’ll receive plenty of individual guidance throughout the process. Your finished piece will be ready to collect approximately 4–5 weeks after the final session.
